How do refunds work if guarantees aren't met?

If you don’t receive results within your guarantee window, you can email support@hireshell.com within 7 days after your plan ends. Since applications and outreach done during your plan may still be under review, refund eligibility begins 15 business days after your plan expiry. We’ll then review your activity log and respond within 7 business days. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
