From working engineers to building a job search that actually runs while you keep your day job
HireShell started from a simple observation: most software professionals do not fail to get hired because they lack skills. They fail because a real job search takes hours every day — applications, outreach, profile updates, interview prep — and they are already working full time.
After years at companies like Goldman Sachs and Sprinklr, we saw the same pattern everywhere. Strong engineers stuck in roles they had outgrown, spending months applying in the evenings and hearing nothing back. The process was broken, not the people running it.
We built HireShell to take the search off their plate: daily applications, hiring-partner outreach, resume and profile optimization, and interview preparation — with zero upfront cost and payment only after you accept an offer we helped you land.
